The Little Brown Barrel is Minersville's spot for elevated comfort food and a drink list worth the drive.

The kitchen does pub classics the careful way: smoked wings, lobster bisque, braised beef sliders, crab dip in a bread bowl, a wild game burger made from bison, elk, wild boar and wagyu, and dinner plates like stuffed flounder and teriyaki glazed salmon.

The bar is the other half of the story. We like to call ourselves the premier whiskey bar of Schuylkill County, with new bottles arriving all the time, plus well over a hundred beers, 18 taps and a growing barrel-aged selection.

Come in for lunch, Sunday brunch, the game, or a night of live music. Bring the family, bring friends, and on nice days bring the dog to the patio.
